Deal sessions with practitioners

Investors walk members through a real transaction, from first contact to closing.

A deal session follows one transaction end to end. The practitioner presents the company, the market and the terms as they saw them at the time, including the parts that did not work.

Members receive the material in advance, prepare questions and take a position. The session closes with an invest-or-pass decision that members have to justify in front of the guest.

Sessions run during term time on campus. Places are limited so that everyone in the room can contribute.
